摘 要:参考内转子电机,设计了一种新型的12/22极的磁通切换外转子电机。该电机集合了磁通切换电机和外转子电机的优点,具有高功率密度和转矩密度。首先,利用有限元软件对电机参数化建模,并通过有限元分析研究电机特性,然后对电机主要的结构参数进行优化,达到减小定位力矩和增大输出转矩的目的,通过仿真分析确定电机最佳结构尺寸,改善电机运行性能。最后,利用Maxwell和Simplore软件建立该电机的多物理场瞬态联合仿真模型,通过仿真分析证实该电机设计和优化的尺寸的合理性,也证实了该控制策略的可行性。Refer to the inner rotor motor,a new structure of 12/22 flux switched permanent magnet external rotormotor was designed.The motor inherites the advantages of both the flux switched permanent magnet motor and the external-rotor motor,and has high power density and high torque density.Using the FEA software parametric model was built of the new switched flux motor,and the characteristics of the motor was studied through the finite element analysis method.The main structure parameters of the motor were optimized to reduce the positioning torque and increase the output torque.The best structure dimensions were determined by the simulation analysis,so as to improve the running performance of the motor.The multiphysical fields transient combined simulation model was built with Maxwell and Simplorer.By analyzing,the correctness of the motor design and optimization methods and the rationality of the control strategy were verified.
