摘  要:以非离子表面活性剂P123为模板剂,水杨酸和均苯四甲酸酐为辅助模板剂,异丙醇铝为铝源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备介孔氧化铝,并用XRD、HRTEM和N2吸附-脱附等手段对产物结构进行表征.实验结果表明,辅助模板剂的适量添加可增大氧化铝的比表面积,当n(均苯四甲酸酐)∶n(水杨酸)∶n(Al)=0.25∶0.05∶1时,合成的样品经过400,800℃煅烧,可制得比表面积为470,253 m2·g-1的介孔氧化铝;样品在900℃煅烧后依然保持γ-Al2O3晶相结构.Mesoporous alumina samples were synthesized by a sol-gel method using the nonion- ic surfactant P123 as template, aluminum isopropoxide as aluminum precursor, pyromellitic dian- hydride (PMDA) and salicylic acid (SA) as assisted templates. The products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and N2 adsorption-desorption. Results show that the assisted templates are conducive to the synthesis of the mesoporous alunfina. When the molar ratio of n(PMDA) :n(SA) :n(A1) is optimized and controlled as 0.25 : 0.05 : 1, wormhole-like mesoporous alumina with a high surface area of 470 m^2·g^-1 can be achieved after calcination at 400 ℃. And it transforms to γ-A1203 with a surface ar- ea of 253 m^2·g^-1 when treated at 800 ℃. The material is still T-A1203 even after being calcinated at 900℃.
