摘  要:目的:探讨细胞因子白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素8(interleukin-8,IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)在兔胸部爆炸伤后的含量变化与损伤时间的关系。方法建立家兔胸部爆炸伤的模型,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定不同损伤时间(0.5~12 h)血浆中IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α的表达水平。结果 IL-6在爆炸伤后3 h开始升高,6 h达峰值;IL-8在爆炸伤后1 h开始升高,6 h达峰值;TNF-α在爆炸伤后0.5 h开始升高,3 h达峰值。结论爆炸伤后IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α的蛋白表达水平呈时间相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression changes of cytokines, inter-leukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and the wound time following explosive injury to rabbit’s chest. Methods The rabbit’s model of explosive injury was established. The expression levels of IL-6、 IL-8 and TNF-α in the plasma were detected by ELISA method at different wound time (0.5-12 h). Results The level of IL-6 increased at 3 h after wounding and reached peak at 6 h. The level of IL-8 increased at 1 h and reached peak at 6 h. The level of TNF-α increased at 0.5 h and reached peak at 3 h. Conclusion IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α have a time-related expression after explo-sive injury.
