摘　　要：已有研究表明,皮尔斯以逻辑学为旨归的符号学理论与认知语言学无论在哲学基础还是在方法论上都高度相容,但认知语言学经典作家对于皮尔斯有关语言符号形式与意义之间认知理据方面的真知灼见几乎从未给予充分而明确的讨论。在影响当代语言学发展进程的关键学者中,公开承认皮尔斯的历史功绩并且明确其对建构自身理论产生重大影响的唯有雅各布森与乔姆斯基。无法否认的事实是,正是雅各布森在整合索绪尔以及皮尔斯符号学理论基础上开创的有关隐喻、转喻以及语言符号象似性的研究,构成了当今认知语言学的核心课题。可以说,皮尔斯对于认知语言学研究的影响主要是通过雅各布森的中介而实现的,因此考察雅各布森与认知语言学之间的关系便构成了窥测皮尔斯对当代认知语言学影响的一个特定的有效视角。Previous studies suggest that Peirce＇ s logic-oriented semiotics is compatible with the contemporary cognitive linguistics not only in philosophical basis but in methodology as well. But the founders of cognitive linguistics fail to acknowledge and give an adequate account of Peirce＇ s insightful thoughts on the cognitive motivation between the form and the content of linguistic signs in their key publications. Among those who have set the agenda for contemporary linguistics, only Jakobson and Chomsky acknowledge that they have inherited a lot from Peirce. It is an undeniable fact that such research issues as metaphor, metonymy and syntactic iconicity introduced into contemporary linguistics by Jakobson on the basis of integrating Saussure＇ s and Peirce＇ s theories of signs constitute the key areas of study for today＇ s cognitive linguistics. In this sense, it is safe to say that Peirce is related to cognitive linguistics through the mediation of Jakobson. Therefore, to examine how Jakobson is related to cognitive linguistics makes a vantage point for observing the relationship between Peirce and contemporary cognitive linguistics.
