丝光羊毛染色损伤的探讨

摘　　要：分析了染色时羊毛强力发生下降的原因以及染色工艺条件对丝光羊毛强力的影响 ,指出控制染色工艺参数和选用适当的染料可减少丝光羊毛染色时强力的损失。此外还介绍了几种羊毛保护剂 ,特别是蛋白质衍生物符合环保要求 ,顺应当今纺织业发展的潮流。In this paper,the factors of strength decrease of chlorinated wool during dyeing are discussed.Controlling dyeing parameters can reduce the damage extent of wool during dyeing.It is necessary to use appropriate dyestuffs and add wool protective agents to reduce the strength loss of chlorinated wool.The environment friendly protein derived protective agents are suitable for the wool industry.
