摘 要:利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、广角X-射线衍射(WXRD)和差示扫描量热器(DSC)研究无水氯化镁(MgCl2)和六水合氯化镁(MgCl2·6H2O)与聚己内酯(PCL)之间的络合反应.结果表明:PCL与MgCl2之间具有很强的络合作用,随着w(MgCl2)的增加,PCL的熔融温度和结晶温度降低,玻璃化转变温度升高,结晶度降低;而PCL与MgCl2·6H2O之间络合作用微弱,熔融温度、结晶温度和玻璃化转变温度不随着盐的质量分数的增加而发生变化,MgCl2·6H2O质量分数增至20%时,PCL结晶度显著降低.The coordinated interactions between poly (ε-caprolactone) (PCL) and magnesium chlorides (anhydrous MgC1_2 and MgC1_2· 6H_20) have been investigated by Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It was found that the coordinated interaction between PCL and MgC1_2 was strong. The melting temperature and crystallization temperature of PCL decreased but glass transition temperature of PCL increased with increasing MgC1_2 concentration, crystallinity of PCL also decreased with increasing MgC1_2 concentration. Coordinated interaction between PCL and MgC1_2 ·6H_20 is weak. Melting temperature, crystallization temperature and glass transition temperature of PCL did not change with increasing MgC1_2-6H_2O concentration. Crystallinity of PCL decreased dramatically when MgC1_26H_2 O concentration was increased to 20%.
