北京地区自然和人文旅游热点问题研究进展

摘　　要：综合近年来国内外有关北京地区自然和人文旅游的相关文献,对北京地区旅游的基本现状、存在的问题、旅游研究的热点问题和发展趋势进行了总结,同时讨论了旅游和地区城市化的相互关系,最后对可持续旅游研究及其展望等方面的研究进行了分析,以期为北京旅游研究的未来发展和政府制定政策提供可靠的参考.结果表明北京地区自然及人文旅游市场存在不少问题,各级政府在大力发展旅游业的同时,应使城市化和旅游业协调发展,注重生态稳定和低碳环保,走可持续发展道路.在未来北京地区旅游的研究当中以下方面应加以关注:1)科学地定量评价自然和人文旅游资源的价值;2)促进城市化与旅游之间可持续发展的途径和方法;3)可持续性旅游尤其是低碳旅游的理论和方法研究.As the capital of China and the ancient capital of six dynasties Beijing has unique natural landscapes and cultural heritages. Both domestic and foreign literatures in recent years are reviewed in this paper, hot topics and future development of studies on natural and cultural tourisms in Beijing are analyzed, the relationship between urbanization and tourism is explored, and the newly developed hot issues about sustainable tourism is discussed. It is concluded that sustainable tourism should be stressed in future development of natural and cultural tourism in Beijing with proper balance between urbanization and tourism. The following issues should be emphasized in future studies. 1） How to scientifically quantify the natural and cultural tourist resources; 2） How to harmonize the relationship between urbanization and tourism and promote their sustainable development; 3） Theoretical and methodological studies of sustainable tourism especially low- carbon tourism.
