青天葵颗粒剂辅料筛选研究

摘　　要：为筛选出青天葵颗粒剂的最优辅料,通过考察不同辅料对青天葵颗粒剂的成型性、堆密度、休止角、溶化率和吸湿性的影响,并用综合评分法筛选出制备青天葵颗粒剂的最优辅料。结果显示,药用糊精综合评分分值(91 60分)最大。因此药用糊精为青天葵颗粒剂的最优辅料。To select the best excipient for compound Nervilia fordii granule the influence of different excipients on the formation, bulk density, angle of repose, dissolubility and moisture absorption of compound Nervilia firdii was examined, and tile opti mal exeipients as well as the formula were selected by a comprehensive scoring method. Results showed that dextrin had the highest comprehensive socre（91.60）, the optimal excipient tor the preparation of compound Nervilia fordii granule was dextrin.
