丙泊酚静脉注射及复合硬膜外麻醉对犬手术镇痛效果的评价

摘　　要：本试验旨在探讨静脉注射丙泊酚复合利多卡因对犬手术镇痛作用,继而探索出丙泊酚复合硬膜外麻醉对犬的可行性。本试验共分为两组:丙泊酚复合硬膜外利多卡因为Ⅰ组(丙泊酚麻醉诱导量6mg/kg体重,维持剂量0.4 mg/kg/min,麻醉稳定后,硬膜外注射6mg/kg体重的利多卡因);静脉连续输注丙泊酚为Ⅱ组(丙泊酚诱导麻醉6mg/kg体重,麻醉维持剂量0.71±0.6mg/kg/min),进行腹腔探查术,评价麻醉犬的镇痛效果及疼痛指标。结果显示,丙泊酚复合硬膜外麻醉的镇痛效果较好,疼痛指标变化幅度小,麻醉时间适宜,可以完成腹部手术,未见有不良反应。The main purpose of this study was to demonstrate the effect of analgesic during combined epiduralpropofol anesthe sia, and to explore the feasibility of propofol combined with epidural anesthesia. The study was allocated to one of the two groups： Group 1 received Intravenous propofol compound lidoeaine （amount of propofol anesthesia induction 6 mg/kg, the maintenance dose of 0.4 mg/kg. Min, stable anesthesia, epidural lidocaine injection of 6 mg/kg）,and Group 2 received an intravenous infusion of propo tol （propofi）l anesthesia induction 6 mg/kg, anesthesia maintenance dose of 0.71±0.6 mg/kg.min）. Abdominal surgical exploration was carried out, Analgesia Results were montiotd and the pain index was evaluated.The results showed that propofol compound epidural analgesia effecl was better, and there were small changes in the pain index.Anes thesia time was appropriate which allowed the com pletion of abdominal surgehw.whieh no adversercactions.
