摘 要:为了研究煤层倾角变化对锚杆支护回采巷道围岩力学特征的影响,结合淮南矿区大倾角煤层开采地质和技术条件,应用自制相似材料模拟旋转试验架,建立了煤层倾角为0°,30°和45°的锚杆支护回采巷道的相似材料模拟模型,系统分析了不同煤层倾角锚杆支护回采巷道围岩应力、变形和破坏特征。随煤层倾角增大,巷道围岩应力分布和变形的非对称性特征更加明显;倾角越大,巷道围岩的整体稳定性越差。研究得出顶板、高帮和底板是大倾角煤层实体煤回采巷道围岩稳定性控制的关键部位,揭示了煤层倾角变化对锚杆支护巷道围岩力学特征影响的作用机理。工程应用表明,大倾角煤层回采巷道围岩稳定性控制的关键是根据巷道围岩非对称结构特点和围岩力学特征的非对称性,采用非对称锚网索组合支护,并不断改进支护材料、优化支护参数、加强施工工艺和质量管理。In order to research the influence of coal-seam inclined angle on mechanical characteristic of surrounding rock of mining roadway supported by anchored bolt, applying self-made rotational test frame of analogue simulation, mining roadways supported by an- chored-bolt in 0°, 30° and 45°coal-seam were simulated. Stress, deformation and failure characteristic of surrounding rock were ana- lyzed. Results showed that with inclined angle increasing, asymmetry of stress distribution and deformation was more obvious, and whole stability of surrounding rock was worse. It was obtained that roof, high wall and floor were key position of controlling surrounding rock stability of mining roadway in coal-seam with large inclined angle and the action mechanism of coal-seam inclined-angle variation on mechanical characteristic of surrounding rock. Practice showed that the key of controlling surrounding rock stability of mining road- way was applying unsymmetrical combing anchored-boh and cable supporting, constantly improving supporting material, optimizing supporting parameters and strengthening technique and quality management
