摘　　要：目的:分析现行计量法律法规对现代医学计量管理体系提出的具体要求,建立一套满足军队医疗机构医学计量管理需要的应用系统。方法:结合军队医学计量工作的实际,将管理系统分为基本信息管理、计量程序管理、辅助功能、数据统计和上报4个部分;通过设置不同权限明确人员的角色和职责,同时依靠流程设置保证计量工作依法有序进行;采用服务器存储和管理数据的方式,定期将数据上报至上级计量管理机构。结果:系统基于C/S-B/S混合结构,数据储存管理功能透明,服务器运行负荷较轻,客户端操作简单,维护升级方式简单。结论:系统将为军队医疗机构的医学计量工作提供有效的监督和指导,提高了军队医学计量管理的正规化水平,可满足军队医疗机构医学计量工作规范化、程序化和制度化的需要。Objective To build a medical measurement system based on the analysis of the need from the medical metrology laws and regulations. Methods This system was composed of four parts： the basic communication part, the medical metrology management program part, the subprogram part as well as the data processing and transfer part. These parts were written, set and tested independently. This system set different purviews to users to define their roles and responsibilities. The medical measurement ran according to the flow chart. The data were stored and managed on the server, and were uploaded on schedule. Results This system based on C/S and B/S frame had such advantages as transparent data storage and management, low load for the server, easy operation of the client terminal, and easy maintenance and upgrade. Conclusion The system can be used for the supervision and guidance of military medical metrology.
