摘　　要：目的:探讨心电图网络传输的可行性及临床价值。方法:随机抽取404名患者分为网络组(n=204)和常规组(n=200),网络组通过在总院和分院间建立心电传输网络进行心电图诊断,常规组由心电专业医师到病区进行描记心电图并做出诊断。分析2组心电图的诊断时间。结果:204份心电图全部成功完成网络传输。2组患者完成心电图诊断的时间分别为:网络组(4.7±2.1)min,常规组(15.6±4.3)min,网络组显著快于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:通过心电传输网络进行心电图传输具有可行性,并可明显提高心电图的诊断效率。Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical value of ECG network transmission. Methods Totally 404 patients were divided into network group （n=204） and conventional group （n=200）. The patients in network group had their ECG data transmitted through the network between the branch hospital and general hospital, and some ECG doctor performed on-site diagnosis for the patients in conventional group. The diagnosis time of the two groups was analyzed. Results Totally 204 pieces of ECG materials were transmitted through network. The diagnosis time of network group was （4.7±2.1）min, which was significantly less than that （15.6±4.3）min of conventional group, with P〈0.01. Conclusion Network is feasible for transmitting ECG data, and thus enhances the efficiency of ECG greatly.
