麻赛尔与莫代尔纤维交织针织面料的开发

摘　　要：采用舒适、环保、有益健康的新型纤维素纤维麻赛尔与莫代尔纱线交织,充分发挥两种纤维各自的性能优势,研制开发具有功能性和舒适性的针织新产品。以编织纬平针组织为例,阐述原料规格、设备参数、编织工艺及注意事项,以及预定形、煮漂、染色等染整工艺。给出面料基本技术参数,并对面料主要性能指标进行测试,结果表明:麻赛尔与莫代尔交织的针织面料具有优异的亲肌肤性,良好的悬垂、吸湿、透气、抗菌和穿着舒适性,适合开发高附加值、高品质的针织产品。The paper develops a new kind of functional and comfortable inter-knitted fabric by using jutecell and modal fiber yarn, which can take full use of the advantages of two fibers respectively. Taking plain stitch as an example, it introduces in detail the raw material specifications, equipment parameters and the precautions during knitting process, as well as the pre-setting, scouring and bleaching and dyeing and finishing processes. The basic technical parameters of fabric are given, and the major properties of the fabric are also tested. The results show that the fabric bears good skin-feel, drapability, moisture absorption, air permeability, anti-bacterial and comfort properties, which is suitable for developing high value-added and high-quality knitted products.
