酷帛丝人字形提花针织面料生产实践

摘　　要：介绍酷帛丝纤维基本性能及结构特征,采用19.4 tex酷帛丝与棉的混纺纱,在单面大圆机上开发一款新型酷帛丝人字形提花面料。阐述原料规格、设备参数、织针排列、意匠图等编织工艺,以及前处理、染色、定形等染整工艺。给出面料基本参数,该酷帛丝人字形提花面料手感柔滑、透气性好、吸湿排汗,具有一定的梭织物风格,若改变织针排列,则可形成斜纹提花织物,为丰富针织面料产品种类提供参考。Based on the basic properties and structural features of coolplus fiber, the paper develops a new kind of s coolplus herringbone jacquard knitted fabric on single circular knitting machine by using 19.4 tex cool-plus/cotton blended yarn. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw material’s specification, equip-ment parameters, needle arrangement and notation, and the dyeing and finishing technology which includes pre-treatment, dyeing and setting and so on. In addition, the basic technological parameters are given. The results show that this kind of new jacquard fabric presents smooth feel, good air permeability properties, moisture absorption and sweat transferring properties, and has some woven fabric styles. The fabric can also present twill-effect appearance if changing the needle arrangement. The research results can provide some references for enriching knitting fabric types.
