摘　　要：针对羊绒针织品外贸中常见的羊绒产品质量估算不准确,打板一次成功率低的问题,结合长期生产经验,提出一种新的羊绒针织品质量估算方法。基于羊绒针织品单件质量、单位面积质量、整件衣服面积、附件质量、辅料质量的阐述,推导出用于羊绒针织品质量估算的Excel公式,利用此公式和日常积累的工艺参数,可以很方便地对给定款式及尺寸要求的羊绒针织品质量进行估算。并以一款圆领女套衫为例,说明如何利用该公式计算单件羊绒针织品质量,从而给出合理报价,为羊绒生产企业提供参考。In view of the problem of estimated weight inaccuracy and the low one-time success rate of pattern making of cashmere knitwear in foreign trade, the paper puts forward a new method of weight estimation. Based on the individual piece weight, weight per unit area, the whole clothing area, attachments weight, accessories weight of cashmere knitwear, the excellformula of estimated weight is deduced. By using the formula and process parame-ters accumulated in daily work, the weight of cashmere knitwear on a given style and size requirements can be es-timated easily. In addition, taking a round neck jumper as an example, the computational process of estimated weight of single piece cashmere knitwear is given, as well as the quotation method, which can provide certain refer-ence for cashmere production enterprises.
