华陀丝纤维、纱线及其针织物的性能研究

摘　　要：本文以华陀丝纤维混纺纱为原料,以纬平针为基本组织,生产华陀丝纤维针织面料。文中对华陀丝纤维混纺纱线的力学性能和毛羽进行了测试和表征,同时对织物的基本结构特征、热湿舒适性、刚柔性、外观保持性、缩水率和抑菌性能进行了测试和表征。综合分析华陀丝纤维针织面料的结构与性能,结果表明,该华陀丝纤维针织面料适宜生产抗菌防臭类针织产品。The paper develops a kind of weft plain stitch watos knitted fabric by using watos blended yarn. And it tests and analyzes the mechanical property and hairiness of watos fiber blended yarn , the basic structural features of fabric, as well as the thermal and moisture comfortability, rigidity and softness properties, water shrinkage and anti-bacteria properties. The results show that this kind of watos fiber blended yarns is suitable for developing health protection knitted products with anti-bacterial and deodorized properties.
