摘　　要：国内坩埚炉有非常长的历史,但技术上有改进的空间。国外坩埚炉的结构及设计原理有可借鉴之处。Although the pot furnace in China has a long historical standing , the technical improvement is still need . Therefore it is necessary for us to borrow ideas from the structure and design principle of pot furnace abroad .
