摘　　要：从人员、制度、培训、生产资料到位,信息沟通与协调配合,强化管理、创新思路、精细组织,做好开通后设备复查整治等4个方面总结集包铁路电务设备顺利开通运用的经验,对今后电务设备的验收、接管具有一定的借鉴意义。This article makes a summary of the experience in smoothly putting into service of communication and signaling equipment for Ji-Bao railway line from the four aspects such as the personnel, system, training, production materials in place, information communication and coordination, strengthening management, innovative ideas and organization, and the check of the equipment after putting them into service, which could has a certain reference for the acceptance and takeover of communication and signaling equipment in the future.
