影响配变监测终端上线率的原因分析及解决措施

摘　　要：针对南宁电网公用配电变压器终端不上线的问题,根据计量自动化系统的采集数据、终端系统内部故障记录及现场调查情况,分析了数据采集不到、数据传不回来、后台系统收不到数据的原因,提出了相应的解决措施。实践证明,新增和有效维护配变监测终端,能够解决配变监测终端上线率低的问题,保证了配电网和用户的用电可靠性、安全性。Aiming at the off-line public distribution transformer terminal unit in Nanning power grid, this paper ana- lyzes the causes of the failure of data acquisition, data transmission, background data acquisition based on the data acquisition of automation system, the record of internal fault of terminal system and the on-site investigation, and proposes relevant countermeasures. The practice proves that to add and to maintain distribution transformer terminal unit is able to solve the low on-line ratio, which guarantees the reliability and security of electricity utilization for distribution network and consumers.
