摘　　要：笔者首先介绍国内外数字图书馆的发展状况及发展前景，然后概述系统要解决的主要问题，并详细阐述数字图书馆系统的设计与实现思路．在系统的设计上，笔者是以统一建模语言（UML）为分析设计的描述语言，以．NET 为技术平台架构，并结和 SQL Server 数据库，设计并实现一个B/S结构的数字图书馆系统．Firstly,it will introduce the development background and the prospects of digital libraries in the article.Then,summarize the main problems of the system to solve and the other key technology.In the design of the system,it will use the Unified Modeling Language （UML）for the analysis,the design description language （.NET）framework for the technology platform with SQL Server Database Design and implementation of a B/S structure Digital Library System.
