基于 IPA 模型的济南趵突泉公园游客感知度研究

摘　　要：本研究在回顾相关文献的基础上，以趵突泉公园为例，采用现场问卷调查的形式获得相关的游客的期望绩效感知数据，运用 SPSS 作为数据分析工具，通过 IPA 方法对影响趵突泉公园游客感知的20项旅游因子进行分析与评价，为趵突泉公园的深度开发提供决策依据，并对其在挖掘旅游资源内涵，完善旅游接待设施，优化旅游环境方面给出相应的参考建议。Based on reviewing the related literatures,this study is through field questionnaire form to obtain the related visitor expectations performance perception data.Then SPSS is used as a tool for data analysis.The 1 9 Perception Factors of Baotu Spring Park are evaluated and discussed by IPA assessment.Finally,it provides references for the depth development of Baotu Spring Park.For mining tourist resources connotation,improving tourism facilities,optimizing the tourism environment,this study gives specific suggestions.
