府谷中小型煤矿兼并重组后安全管理模式研究

摘　　要：介绍了陕西省府谷县中小型煤矿安全管理现状,分析了中小型煤矿兼并重组后可能出现的问题,并提出构建府谷中小型煤矿兼并后安全管理模式的方法,使得兼并后的府谷中小型煤矿形成合适的安全管理模式,并解决各个中小型煤矿自身生产过程中出现的问题,减少安全事故的发生,实现"安全第一,预防为主,综合治理"的生产方针。The paper introduced the mine safety management status of the medium and small mines in Fugu County of Shaanxi Province and analyzed the problems occurred from the merger and reorganization of the medium and small mines. A method was provided to establish the mine safety management mode after the merger and reorganization of the medium and small mines in Fugu County. Thus the medium and small mines after the merger and reorganization could have a proper mine safety management mode and could solve the problems occurred during the production process in each medium and small mine in order to reduce the safety accident occurred and realize the production policy of ＂safety first, prevention as main measure and comprehensive control＂.
