摘  要:以重庆某化工厂污染土壤为研究对象,采用卫生填埋储存+水泥窑焚烧的组合工艺对50 000 t污染土壤进行无害化及资源化处理,从环保、技术及经济方面来看,此水泥窑共处置工艺是可行的。项目水泥原材料替代率1.6%,土壤储库有效容积30 000 m3,项目运行时间为2 a,项目总投资971.3万元,运行成本163.76万元,净收益550.002 5万元。Taking the polluted soil from a chemical plant of Chongqing as the research object,the combination process of landfill storage and incineration with cement kiln was used to treat 50 000 t of the polluted soil.The co-processing of cement kiln is environment-friendly,technologically and economically feasible.The substitution rate of raw materials was 1.6%,the effective volume of soil reservoir was 30 000 m3,the project had run 2 years,the total investment was 9 713 000 yuan,the operating cost was 1 637 600 yuan,and the net income was 5 500 025 yuan.
