摘 要:利用近红外光谱技术对宁夏、新疆、青海、内蒙的4个不同产地427份枸杞子样品进行光谱扫描。在主成分分析基础上利用判别分析法,在4500-9000 cm-1光谱波数范围内,光谱经用二阶导数,Norris derivative fi lt-5点平滑的预处理方法建立判别模型。结果表明:利用该模型可以将宁夏产地枸杞子与其他三地分开,且宁夏产地分别于新疆、内蒙、青海产地比较,判别准确率分别为98.3%、98.1%、97.9%。表明该方法在枸杞子产地识别中具有可行性,能够满足宁夏产地枸杞子的鉴别需求。427 Chinese wolfberry samples from 4 different regions of China were scanned by near infrared spectrometer. The original spectra were preprocessed by the second derivative, norris derivative filt-5 point smoothing and discrimination analysis and were subjected to principle component analysis over the wave number range of 4500-9000 cm-1. The results revealed that Chinese wolfberry from Ningxia and other place can be distinguished by the discriminant model. Compared Ningxia with Xinjiang, Neimeng and Qinghai, precision rate of discriminant was 98.3%, 98.1%, 97.9%, respectively. These results supported the feasibility of applying NIR to identify the geographic origin of Chinese wolfberry from Ningxia.
