摘  要:目的建立利用气相色谱同时测定橡胶厂工作场所空气中正己烷、乙酸丁酯、苯乙烯的方法。方法采用活性炭管吸附工作场所空气中的正己烷、乙酸丁酯、苯乙烯,经二硫化碳解析后进样,利用30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm的HP-innowax毛细管柱分离,由FID检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果正己烷、乙酸丁酯、苯乙烯保留时间分别为2.864 min、6.340 min、18.583 min;线性关系良好,线性范围分别为0.2μg/ml^3000μg/ml、0.4μg/ml^3000μg/ml和2.5μg/ml^400μg/ml;检出限分别为2.5μg/ml、0.4μg/ml、2.5μg/ml(以采集1.5 L空气样品计);相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9998、0.9999。结论该方法简单实用,重现性好,灵敏度高。方法各项指标均符合GBZ/T210.4-2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中正己烷、乙酸丁酯、苯乙烯的测定。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of n-hexane,butyl-acetate,styrene in air of workplace of rubber factory by GC. Methods The mixture of n-hexane,butyl-acetate,styrene in workplace air were absorbed with activated carbon tube,desorbed with carbon disulfide,and separated by HP-innowax capillary column( 30m × 0. 32mm × 0. 25μm),then detected by flame ionization detector,with retention time for qualitative analysis and peak area for quantitation. Results Retention time of n-hexane,butyl-acetate,styrene were 2. 864 min,6. 340 min,18. 583 min respectively. In that order,the linearity ranges of them were 0. 2 μg/ ml - 3000 μg/ ml,0. 4 μg/ ml - 3000 μg/ ml,and 2. 5 μg/ ml - 400 μg/ ml,the limits of detection were 2. 5 μg/ ml,0. 4 μg/ ml,2. 5 μg/ ml( in volume of 1. 5 L air samples),the coefficients of correlation were 0. 9998,0. 9998,0. 9999. Conclusion The method is proved to be simple,practical,reproducible and highly sensitive. The method could meet the requirements of “ Guide for establishment of occupational heath standards-Part 4: Determination methods of air chemicals in workplace” and it is suitable for determination of n-hexane,butyl-acetate,styrene in workplace air.
