摘  要:目的了解阜阳市食品中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的PFGE分型、肠毒素分型及耐药性,为防控金葡菌引起的食源性致病菌提供科学依据。方法采用脉冲场电泳技术对42株金葡菌进行分子分型和聚类分析,结合肠毒素分型试验和药敏试验进行菌株生化特征分析。结果 42株食源性金葡菌有2株携带肠毒素基因,均为SEA,携带率4.8%;耐药试验显示42株金葡菌除对万古霉素均敏感外,对其余11种药物出现不同程度的耐药性;42株金葡菌的脉冲场分38类带型,相似度27.2%-100%。结论阜阳市食品中金葡菌耐药和多重耐药情况比较严重,肠毒素携带率较低,分子型别呈现多型性。建立了阜阳市食源性金葡菌的生化性状和分子图谱数据库。Objective To understand the pulsed-field gel electrophoreiss( PFGE) type,enterotoxin type and drug resistance of food-borne staphylococcus aureus isolates from food in Fuyang from 2010 to 2013,and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of the food-borne diseases caused by staphylococcus aureus. Methods Forty-two strains of staphylococcus aureus were carried out molecular typing by PFGE technology and cluster analysis by BioNumerics6. 6 software. Enterotoxin typing test and drug resistance test were employed to analyze the biochemical characteristics of these strains. Results There were 2 enterotoxin-producing strains in the 42 staphylococcus aureus isolates,and both were SEA,accouting for 4. 8%. Drug resistance test results showed that the 42 staphylococcus aureus isolates were 100% sensitive to vancomycin and resistant to 11 antibiotics to varying degrees. The total 42 isolates were divided into 38 PFGE patterns,with the homology of 27. 2% - 100%. Conclusion The staphylococcus aureus isolates from food in Fuyang exhibited serious drug resistance and multidrug resistance,lower enterotoxin-producing rate,and multiple molecular types. This study has established the database of biochemical characteristics and PFGE patterns of staphylococcus aureus in Fuyang.
