摘　　要：采用资料搜集、逻辑推理以及文献综述等方法,对我国现行的网球运动员培养制度进行分析,以期把握培养模式多元化发展的原因所在,并指出单一"举国体制"下的运动员培养制度,难以适应当前我国网球运动职业化进程的发展需要。同时,"单飞制度"和"丁俊晖模式"又受经济、政治等原因制约,尚难在我国成为主流意识形态。通过对当前我国网球运动员培养制度发展现状的分析,旨在探索出具有中国特色的网球运动员培养制度发展的新路径。Using data collection, logical reasoning and literature review, etc. to analyze me current tennis athletes training system in China so as to find out why the training mode is diversified, then point out that the simplex ＂national sports system＂ is hard to adapt to the current demand of the professional tennis process ring development. The ＂solo system＂ and ＂Ding Jun -hui model＂ are restricted by financial and political reasons, so it is hard to develop the main ideology in China. Through the analysis of tile current tennis athletes training system development situation, it aimed at exploring a new Chinese characteristics path for the development of tennis athletes training system.
