我国优秀女子摔跤运动员运动素质评价体系的构建

摘　　要：为探讨我国优秀女子摔跤运动员运动素质特征,采用专家调查、德尔菲、实验和数理统计等方法,对我国53名优秀女子摔跤运动员运动素质指标进行测评。研究表明:1)女子摔跤运动员运动素质评价指标包括高翻、30 s摔布人、400 m、10 s过头翻、立定跳远和引体向上6个指标,其权重分别为0.25、0.23、0.21、0.14、0.09和0.08;2)构建的不同体重级别女子摔跤运动员运动素质评价标准,能反映出运动员整体运动素质发展水平及不同运动素质构成要素发展水平,可为女子摔跤运动员运动素质发展水平提供数量化依据。To study the physical quality profile of elite Chinese female wrestlers, this paper tested and analyzed the physical quality indexes of 53 female wrestlers. The result shows that ： 1 ） the corresponding typical evaluation indexes are as follows： high- turn, 30s wrestling cloth, 400m, 10s head - kip, standing long jump and pull - ups; the weights were O. 25,0.23,0.21,0.14,0.09 and 0.08 ; 2） The percent digits method, the making of various body weight rank disperses the athlete＇ s movement quality evaluation criteria,which could well reflect dispersed of the athlete＇ s proper motion quality level, and provide quantification standard for the development of female wrestlers＇ physical quality.
