摘 要:采用变温红外技术研究了温度对于硬脂酸分子结构影响。在293-393 K范围内,分别采用红外光谱、二阶导数红外光谱、四阶导数红外光谱及去卷积红外光谱测定硬脂酸亚甲基面内摇摆振动(ρCH2)。实验发现:硬脂酸固体ρCH2在730、720 cm^-1频率处分裂成双峰,随着测定温度的升高,730 cm^-1附近的红外吸收峰逐渐消失;而348~353 K是硬脂酸ρCH2分裂双峰消失的临界温度。通过硬脂酸ρCH2裂分双峰间距离,进一步研究温度对于硬脂酸分子间作用力的影响。研究发现:随着测定温度的升高,硬脂酸ρCH2裂分双峰间距离由9 cm^-1减少到7 cm^-1,而对应硬脂酸分子间作用力不断减弱。该项研究为变温红外技术的应用提供了有益的借鉴。The temperature effect of stearic acid molecular structure had been studied by variable temperature FT-IR spectra method. The methylene rocking vibration( ρCH2) of FT-IR spectra,second derivative FT-IR spectra,four derivative FT-IR spectra and deconvolution FT-IR spectra were measured,respectively,in the temperature range from 293 K to 393 K. The band resulting from the ρCH2appeared near 730 cm^- 1and 720 cm^- 1. This band may appeared as a doublet in the spectra of solid sample. With the temperature rising,the band near 730 cm^- 1disappeared and critical temperature was 348- 353 K. The intermolecular force was researched by distance of doublet of stearic acid ρCH2. With temperature increasing,the distance reduced from 9 cm^- 1to 7 cm^- 1,and the intermolecular of stearic acid decreased gradually. The current study could benefit the applied research of variable temperature FT-IR spectra method.
