摘 要:以太网无源光网络(EPON)被认为是明日之星,有别于传统的电信及客户端的连接,它是崭新的接入技术。文中介绍了EPON技术原理,对于一些EPON资料下行的已存在的问题作一个澄清,并且评估能否忽略之前专家学者对于EPON资料下行传输时所作的一些假设。假设(忽略OLT对ONU的scheduling)只能成立在EPON的PHY Rate为1 000 Mb/s以上的条件下,在高PHY Rate的条件下,下游的排程是可以不被考虑的,因为它对于整个EPON系统的效能不会造成太大的冲击与影响。再检视目前现有EPON频宽分配机制并提出相关的分析与解决方案,改善整个EPON排程进而提升EPON的整理效率。Ethernet Passive Optical Network( EPON) is considered to be the star of tomorrow. It is different connection from traditional telecommunications and client. It is a Brand-new access technologies. This paper introduces the principle of EPON technology. Some existing EPON data downlink problem is clarified,It is assessed that the previous experts and scholars made some assumptions for EPON data downlink transmission is ignored or not. Assuming( ignoring OLT for ONU'scheduling) can only established in the conditions of the above 1 000 Mbps EPON PHY Rate. In the high PHY rate conditions,downstream scheduling can not be considered,because it will not cause too much impact and influence for the entire EPON system performance. Afterwards currently existing EPON bandwidth allocation mechanism is viewed,and analysis and solutions is proposed. The EPON scheduling is polished up and the EPON management efficiency is improved.
