摘　　要：针对宝石学学科实验室优质资源共享机制的理论进行了分析,总结和探讨了建立实验室优质资源共享机制的相关实践。通过实验室互动,建立实验室资源共享机制,拓宽了大学生参与宝玉石鉴定实践的视野。进一步完善综合性大学实验室与社会资源共享模式,为建立创新型人才"实验平台"提供新的模式;在促使具有优质资源实验室服务本科教学的同时,也为产业的发展做出贡献。通过服务社会,强化和完善实验室面对产业前沿问题的适应能力,从而提高宝石学方向本科毕业学生处理动态鉴定复杂问题的技术和能力。This paper analyzes the theory of building high-quality resource sharing mechanism of gemological laboratory, and summarizes some understanding acquired in the practice process. Establishing a linkage mechanism among university laboratory,international industrial associations,social enterprises and industrial testing organizations through the high-end experimental platform in comprehensive university,could help college students catch industrial development trends at home and abroad; Setting up practice base for college students through cooperation with domestic jewelry industry,could help them understand the practical problems that jewelry industry facing,and guide them in career planning,meanwhile providing enterprises opportunities to recruit qualified graduates; Building laboratory resource sharing mechanism through interaction,could broaden students ＇ horizon in gems identification. Further improving resource sharing mechanism between comprehensive university laboratory and social resources,could facilitate the cultivation of application-oriented talents as well as great ＂experimental platform＂,which not only promotes laboratory with high-quality resources to serve undergraduate education,but also contributes to industrial development. Meanwhile, laboratory＇s capacity to solve frontier issues could be strengthen through serving to society,and gemological students＇ ability to deal with dynamic and complicated identification issues as well as practical skills could be improved.
