摘 要:作为目前制备多晶硅的主流工艺——改良西门子法,其工业生产技术很成熟,但是高能耗和高生产成本依然是阻碍该过程的主要原因。冶金法具有生产效率高,成本低的优点,这个方法可用来提纯冶金级硅,以制备太阳能级多晶硅。文章介绍了冶金法制备太阳能级多晶硅的主要工艺,结果表明:冶金级硅的各种提纯过程中,没有任何一个能单独制备低价太阳能级硅,但是可以通过把这些过程按照最优化的组合结合在一起,可以实现生产低价太阳能级硅。The modified Siemens process, the main process for polysilicon production, has two main disadvantages: high cost and high consumption which are the challenge for the process development. The metallurgy process, by which the solar - grade polysilieon can by manufactured, is developed under the conditions. And the advantage of metallurgy process is interesting: high effective, low cost. The main method for metallurgy process have been addressed in the paper. The results show that the solar- grade polysilicon can not be achieved by any one method. Therefore, in order to produce solar - grade polysilicon, the methods for metallurgy process should be combined by optimum sequence.
