摘  要:利用普通小麦杂交组合(01-35×6044)经过"一粒传法"所得的187个重组自交系为试验材料,采用随机区组设计、三次重复的田间试验,借助相关软件对小麦千粒重与籽粒灌浆速率等性状进行关联性分析。结果表明,小麦平均灌浆速率与千粒重间的相关性最为密切,其相关系数、偏回归系数、直接通径系数最大,最高灌浆速率、灌浆持续期对千粒重的影响次之;各个不同时期灌浆速率中,第1、4、5期灌浆速率与千粒重相关性较高,偏回归系数、直接通径系数较大。小麦籽粒灌浆特性中的平均灌浆速率、最高灌浆速率、灌浆持续期以及籽粒形成前、中期的灌浆速率对千粒重均有重要影响。通过研究小麦籽粒灌浆特性对千粒重的影响,揭示灌浆速率与千粒重间的相关性,为小麦高产育种提供理论参考。A population including 187 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived by single seed descent method from the cross of the common wheat 6044 and 01-35, was established. Randomized block design with three replications was used. The correlations among traits of thousand-grain weight and grain filling rate were analyzed with related softwares. The results showed that the sequence of correlation with thousand-grain weight was mean grain filling rate, maximum grain filling rate and grain filling duration. Moreover, the grain filling rate of 1, 4 and 5 stage had higher correlation with thousand-grain weight. The results above came from their correlation coefficient, partial regression coefficient, and path coefficient. Mean grain filling rate, maximum grain filling rate, grain filling duration and the previous and middle stage grain filling rates all had the important effects on thousand-grain weight in wheat. This experiment aimed to study the influence of grain filling characteristics and thousand-grain weight, to research the relativity between grain filling rate and thousand-grain weight, and to provide a theoretical reference for high-yield breeding of wheat.
