摘　　要：采用整群随机抽样的方法对铁路旅客进行问卷调查,通过单因素分析和多元Logistic回归分析了解铁路旅客结核病防治知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素.2 574名调查对象中,铁路旅客结核病特定知识知晓率在79.76％～59.39％之间;59.64％的旅客接受过铁路结核病防治宣传教育;旅客结核病防治知识平均得分3.53±1.49.继续深入开展铁路结核病健康教育工作对于铁路旅客全面掌握结核病防治知识十分重要.To investigate the status and influencing factors on knowledge, attitude and practice regarding tuberculosis （TB） among railway passengers. 2 574 passengers were surveyed through cluster sampling. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression were used to explore their influencing factors. 78.82% and 79.76% of 2 574 subjects were aware of TB transmission and symptoms, respectively. However, the knowledge about TB treatment place, free treatment and cure was relative low. The average score of the TB knowledge among railway passengers was 3.53 -＋ 1.49. Railway passengers have certain understanding of TB. It is important to provide regular continuing health education on TB to railway passengers.
