摘 要:为了探索竹质复合材料在桥梁建筑结构方向应用的可能性,对4根竹质复合材料工字形梁的抗弯力学特性进行了初步的四点抗弯模型试验研究,其中一根模型试验梁仅配置体外钢筋而不施加预应力,另一根模型试验梁施加体外预应力,并通过试验得到了模型试验梁的屈服承载力、极限承载能力、腹板与翼缘板的连接方式与结构抗弯刚度之间的相互关系。研究结果表明:该类竹质工字形梁的破坏模式有腹板撕裂破坏和腹板受压区局部屈曲破坏;梁的整体工作性能优良,能够提供较高的承载力和结构刚度,但是其后期结构变形较大,结构延性较好,工字形梁的承载力取决于结构变形量值;另外腹板与翼缘板之间采用螺栓连接和结构胶连接的连接方式也有待于进一步深化研究。In order to explore the application feasibility of bamboo-based composite materials in bridge structure, four-point bending experimental tests on the flexural mechanical properties of 4 bamboo-based composite I-shaped beams were conducted in the paper, in which one test beam was reinforced only with external steel bars without any prestress, and another test beam was reinforced with external prestress. The yielding bending capacity and ultimate bending capacity, and the relationship between the web-flange connection and the flexural rigidity of the bamboo composite I-shaped beam were derived. The results show that the failure modes of test beams consist of web tearing failure and local buckling in the compressive zone of web; the overall performance of the bamboo composite I-shaped beam is excellent with high bearing capacity and good structure rigidity, as well as great structure ductility, but with much deformation in later period; the bearing capacity of the bamboo composite I-shaped beam is decided by the deformation of the structure; bolt and structural adhesive used for the web-flange connection need further study.
