摘 要:为了对超声波油耗仪测试质量进行定量评价,并验证研发的汽车超声波油耗仪的测试性能,进行了汽车超声波油耗仪测试结果的不确定度评定。基于超声波时差法的汽车油耗测试数学计算模型,确定了汽车油耗测试结果不确定度的来源。对油耗仪测试结果的不确定度分量进行分析与计算,并对油耗测试不确定度进行合成,得到汽车超声波油耗仪的扩展不确定度为0.806%。研究结果表明:研发的汽车超声波油耗仪测试结果离散性小,测试质量好,能满足汽车油耗测试要求,可为研发高测试精度的汽车油耗仪提供参考和借鉴。The uncertainty evaluation with automobile ultrasonic fuel consumption meter was conducted to evaluate the test quality of ultrasonic fuel consumption meter and validate the test performance of the developed ultrasonic fuel consumption meter. The uncertainty sources of automobile fuel consumption testing results were determined based on the mathematical model of automobile fuel consumption testing through ultrasonic time difference method. By analyzing and calculating the uncertainty of automobile fuel consumption testing results, and synthesizing the uncertainty, the extended uncertainty of automotive fuel consumption meter was obtained, which was 0.806%. ",The results show that the test results of the automobile ultrasonic fuel consumption meter have a small dispersancy and good test quality, and meet requirements for testing automobile fuel consumption. This study can provide reference for researching and developing automobile fuel consumption meter with great precision.
