湖南农业科技人才管理信息系统建设的构想

摘　　要：分析了湖南农业科技人才及其管理信息系统建设的现状,提出了湖南农业科技人才管理信息系统建设的构想,明确了运用数据仓储和数据挖掘理论与技术,整合原有分散的管理信息系统,建立统一协调的基础信息与数据分析平台的技术思路,系统的目标用户和建设目标,安全稳定、资源共享、面向事务、辅助决策、快捷易用的设计要求,规划了结构体系、功能模块、信息内容和实现技术。By analyzing current situation of agricultural technicians and construction of personnel information management system in Hunan Province, this paper proposed a conception of constructing agricultural technician information management system in Hunan Province. Using data warehouse and data mining theories and technologies to integrate former decentralized information management systems, this conception tried to build centralized data analysis platform of basic information and systematic target users, and plan structure system, functional modular, main information and implementation technique based on the design requirements including safety and stability, resource sharing, affairs dealing, aid decision making, fastness and convenience.
