摘　　要：面对积极公共文化弘扬服务模式的逐渐革新潮流,引导内部实质性档案信息资源系统规划的高标准研究格局,必须严格落实阶段任务的指标模式效应。透过目前资料记载流程下的权力化现状,和单一化的内容规划趋向,以及局部化规划政策的模式问题现状考量,维持必要管理控制体制内容,以及先进技术资源建设,具体控制法律层面完善需求的主流方向,就必须透过先进文化掌控的体系指数划分流程,和必要现状的整改措施研究,进行目的明确的整改建设,进一步维护高效信息档案规划任务的技术水准。Service pattern of positive public cultural carrying forward gradually Innovates .Faced it,we conduct inter-nal material planning pattern of high standards of research archives information resources system .Also, we must strictly implement stage task index model effect .Through the current accounts under the process of authorization sta-tus quo and the content of the simplified planning trend and localization pattern of planning policy problems , we must maintain necessary content of management control system and advanced technology resources construction .If we have specific control law to perfect the mainstream direction of demand ,advanced culture must be through the control of system index partition process .We should have necessary corrective measures to study the current situa-tion.At the same time ,we should start motivated construction of rectification .We also should further maintain effi-cient information file technical level of planning tasks .
