三明市城市水土保持生态环境建设及其效益分析

摘　　要：根据三明市城市水土保持生态环境建设规划 ,开展了水土流失综合治埋 ,1 998～ 1 999年共完成治理和监督管护等投资 1 0 1 37万元 ,占规划项目总投资的 82 .1 % ,完成植物措施治理面积 3km2 ,占规划任务的 89%。效益分析结果表明 ,其生态、社会效益显著 ,基本上控制了水土流失 。Launched comprehensive control of soil erosion, according to the plan of eco environment construction of soil and water conservation in Sanming city proper,and put into the funds of control and supervision 101.37 million Yuan,which is 82.1% of the planed total invest. It's 3 km 2 that completed control area of plant measures,which is 89% of the planed mission.The result of benefits analysis show that it's result of economy and social are remarkable,and basically controlled soil erosion,and effectively improved the eco environment of city proper.
