摘  要:为实现皂市水电站碾压混凝土工程质量控制目标,施工时对运输、卸料、摊铺、平仓、碾压各工序实施严格质量管理,重点控制层间接合及异种混凝土结合部施工质量,釆用先进、经济、高效的斜层平推铺筑法替代传统的通仓薄层连续浇筑法,并加强高温季节施工过程管理。大坝混凝土取样检测各项指标合格,达到优良等级。To fulfill the requirement of quality control on roller compacted concrete construction in Zaoshi hydropower station, strict quality management is implemented in the construction process of transportation , unloading, paving, spreading and rolling compaction of concrete .Emphases are given to the construction quality of layer joints and the inte-gration of heterogeneous concrete .The traditional full-length thin-layer continuous pouring method is replaced by an ad-vanced , more economic and efficient inclined-layer placing method , and more attention is paid to the management of construction process in high temperature seasons .With these measures , the concrete construction in Zaoshi hydropower station shows a good quality as all indication data of the concrete samples tested are qualified .
