摘　　要：城市水土保持是门新兴课题。在充分分析我国城市化地区水土保持现状的基础上 ,首次提出了城市化地区水土保持工作的三个发展层次 ,即保护环境、改善环境、美化环境 。The soil and water conservation of the city is a new task.Based on analyzing fully the current situation of the soil and water conservation of the city and its peripheral area of China,three developing levels about the work of the soil and water conservation in urbanized area are put forward first,which are protecting,improving and beautifying the environment.And the author gives several effective methods of implementation.
