摘　　要：社会实践与志愿服务活动是引导大学生健康成长的有效途径,其实践场域,实践方法和实践逻辑的深入研究有利于实现大学生社会实践与志愿服务的"育人"和"正气"双向价值功能。在现实操作中,由于大学生社会实践活动的开展实施受到高校和大学生主体内在驱动和社会支持的外在维系的双重影响,还存在规划不足、形式单一、内容脱节、机制不畅等问题,亟待根据大学生志愿服务的应然实践逻辑建立和完善与之相适应的组织实施体系、内容平台体系、环境支撑体系、管理评价体系与服务保障体系。Social practice and voluntary service play a vital role in the healthy growth of college students, especially in educating students and cultivating their good virtues. The implementation of these activities is under the double influence of inner factor and outer factors. There are some existing problems, such as deficient planning, single form, detached contents, and unclear mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and perfect the operation mechanism from aspects of organization and implementation system, the content platform, the environmental support system, evaluation system, and guarantee system.
