摘  要:建立都市圈社会经济-资源-环境系统(ERE)评价指标体系,构建系列ERE耦合作用模型,系统揭示武汉城市圈ERE复合系统耦合作用的时空规律:①时间演化上,ERE复合系统耦合度和协调度波动变化明显。耦合度发展曲线为S型,呈动态螺旋上升趋势;协调度呈剧烈波动变化态势;协调发展度增长迅猛,整体呈直线上升态势;整个ERE复合系统内部或要素之间不断交互作用,与外界环境不断进行熵流交换,呈现一开放的、渐变与突变、自组织与他组织相互交织演替的递嬗过程,发展函数上表现为一动态的螺旋上升曲线,是一个开放的复杂巨系统。②空间分异上,ERE系统耦合度呈"串形"等级规模结构,空间集聚性明显,形成两大空间板块;协调度呈"纺锤形"等级规模分布,空间呈一定弱集聚效应和相关作用,形成两个高值区、多个中值区和两个低值区;社会经济-资源-环境系统空间分异明显,等级规模结构失衡呈"纺锤形"、"串字形"等不均衡态势。③区域类型上,耦合作用强度和协调程度空间不对称,形成磨合良好协调、磨合濒临失调、拮抗优质协调、拮抗良好协调、拮抗中级协调、拮抗初级协调、拮抗勉强协调七大区域类型。Since the reform and Opening-up China' s economy construction has made a great achievement . However, with the development of the economy on a large scale and high speed, China' s resources and environmental problem is increasingly outstanding, and the social and economic sustainable development is facing more severe tests. Under the unprecedented huge population pressure and unprecedented resources and environmental constraints, China is facing the most serious ecological destruction, environmental pollution and energy resources of multiple challenges. From the overall situation, Wuhan Metropolitan Area is in the important stage of the development of industrialization and urbanization, the rapid economic growth is at the cost of large amount of energy resources consumption. Pollutant emission is still large, and industries with high energy consumption and polluting are growing rapidly. Wuhan Metropolitan Area is an intensive areas of heavy industry and chemical industry, contingent resources are very scarce, especially the three cities ot Wuhan, Huangshi and Ezhou. This three cities are the old industrial bases, and the proportion of secondary industry is larger, So they not only have a high degree of dependence on energy and resources, but also the negative impact on the environment is also a great. This paper creates an evaluation index system of economy, resources and environment. At the same time this article builds an ERE coupling model, in order to reveal the temporal and spatial law of the ERE composited system in Wuhan Metropolitan Area. The economic, resources and environmental system is through interaction, forming a more complex, uncertainly, and adaptive ERE system: (1)From the perspective of time evolution, the coupling and coordination degree of the ERE system fluctuates significantly, showing a dynamically spiral upward trend in S-type.
