援非农业示范中心人力资源开发合作项目研究

摘　　要：为探讨援非农业示范中心人力资源开发合作项目的可持续发展,本研究对农业部对外经济合作中心自2011年以来承办的援非法/英语国家农业技术示范中心管理研修班进行了分析。结果发现:在6期共120名受训学员中,喀麦隆共派出12名学员参加了全部6次培训;男学员的比例占到了78.3%;专业技术学员共28人,行政官员92名。在总结了研修班基本情况后,提出了在课程设计、师资力量、模式创新以及后续管理方面进行改进的措施,为援非农业示范中心人力资源开发合作项目的可持续发展提供了一定的借鉴意义。To discuss the sustainable development of human resource development cooperation projects for China-aided agricultural technology demonstration center for countries in Africa,this paper was based on seminars on the management of China-aided agricultural technology demonstration center for French/English-speaking countries in Africa held by FECC(Foreign Economic Cooperation Center) from 2011.It turned out that:in a total of 120 trainees of 6 seminars,Cameroon sent 12 trainees to each of the 6 seminars;and male trainees accounted for 78.3%of total;and the number of professional trainees and administrative officials was respectively 28 and 92.After summarizing general information of those seminars,this paper proposed some improvement measures in course design,faculty,model innovation and follow-up management,which will become a reference for sustainable development of human resource development cooperation project for china-aided agricultural technology demonstration center for countries in Africa.
