摘　　要：群件是支持群体协同工作的应用软件,在当前协作群体信息共享中发挥重要的作用。文章以使用群件的6个协作群体为调查对象,通过文献调查和访谈获取当前三大综合型群件具有的主要信息共享功能,以此开展问卷调查,并进行KANO分析和交叉分析,确定对群件信息共享功能的需求类型和满意程度,为群件开发者提供参考。Groupware plays an important role in supporting information sharing of collaborative groups. This article chose 6 groups which were using groupwares as the respondents. The main information sharing fimctions of current groupwares were firstly concluded, then a KANO survey was taken, the collected data were analyzed using KANO model. The current fimction needs were then identified to help the groupware developers to optimize their products.
