摘　　要：利用原生质体单核化技术获得香菇栽培种 2 6的原生质体单核体 ,以其为受体 ,选用栽培种苏香为供体 ,通过非对称杂交 ,选育出申香 10号。它具有优质、高产、抗逆性强和栽培适应性广等特点 ,已开始在我国香菇主产区应用 ,成为香菇主栽种之一。由此证明 。Protoplasted monokaryon of Lentinula edodes 26, a commercial strain, was used as acceptor parent, and another commercial strain Suxiang was used as donor parent in this study. The filial generation Shengxiang No.10 with superior quality,high yield characteristic, strong adversity-resistant ability and wide suitability, was selected through nonsymmetrical crossing as one of our main commercial strains. And it was widely extended in China. While nonsymmetrical crossing technique was proved to be an effective method for the breeding of superior Lentinula edodes strains.
