摘  要:我国预分解窑水泥生产线生料制备工艺有中卸烘干磨、风扫立磨、辊压机终粉磨及辊压机联合粉磨等几种粉磨系统。中卸烘干管磨系统适宜于磨蚀性较大的物料,但由于粗磨及细磨过程中始终存在研磨死区,电耗多在22~25kwM范围内;风扫立磨利用料床粉磨原理,粉磨电耗多在14-18kWh/t;辊压机联合粉磨系统工艺较为复杂,应用较少,吨生料制备电耗高于立磨系统,接近于中卸烘干管磨,一般在20~22kwh,t;而辊压机生料终粉磨系统,充分发挥了辊压机挤压粉磨的技术优势,由于系统装机功率低,吨生料粉磨电耗最低。Several grinding systems such as middle-dischargw drying tube mill,air-swept roller mill,finished grinding by roller press with separator,and roller press combined with tube mill etc.are used for raw meal preparation process in domestic PC cement production lines,Middle-dischargre drying tube mill system is suitable to grind abrasive matetials,with which the power consumption is ranged between 22 to 25 k Wh/t,because the grinding procedd,Roller mill has adoptedthe manner of grinding in the material table with air-swept process,with which the power consumption is always ranged between 14 to 18 k Wh/t,Roller press combined with tube mill system is less utilized because of its complex systematic process with which the power consumption is higher than roller mill system and closed to middle-discharge drying tube mill,generally is ranged between 20to 22k Wh/t.For finished grinding by roller press with separator system,its unit power consumption is in the lowest level during all above grinding systems because of its lower total installation power required.
