摘 要:为了克服水泥抗冲击强度低、抗折强度低、脆性大等缺陷,更好地适应恶劣的应用环境,研究丙烯酸镁和不同矿物掺合料复合对水泥标准稠度需水量、抗压、抗折强度和抗腐蚀性能的影响,利用SEM进行微观组织和腐蚀形貌分析。结果表明:丙烯酸镁与矿物掺合料复合后水泥标准稠度需水量增加,凝结时间延长、后期强度得到很大提高。丙烯酸镁与20%的粉煤灰复合后,28 d强度为96.25 MPa,较空白样提高21.5%;抗蚀系数为1.346,较空白样提高7.6%;与10%的矿渣复合后,28 d强度为105.0 MPa,较空白样提高32.3%;抗蚀系数为1.211,较空白样降低3.2%;与14%粉煤灰和6%矿渣复掺后,28 d强度为95.58 MPa,较空白样提高20.4%;抗蚀系数为1.419,较空白样提高13.4%。In order to overcome the defects of cement such as low inpact strenght,low flexural stenhth and large brittleness etc.,and in order to adapt to application in harder environmental conditions,studies were done on the influences of acrylic magnesium and different mineral admixtures on water of cement standard consistency,compressive strength,flexural strength and corrosion resistance,and analysis to their microstructure and corrosion morphology were also conducted by means of SEM,Results show that after mixed with acrylic magnesiun and mineral admixtures,water demand of cement standard consistency is increased,setting time is entended,and long=-term strenhth is greatly improved.When acrylic magnesium combined with 20% fly-ash are added,28d strength reaches to 96.25Mpa,21.5% higher than the blank sample,corrosion resistant coefficient reaches 1.346,7.6% higher than the blank sample;when acrylic magnesium combined to 105.0Mpa,32.3% higher than the blank sample,corrosion resistant coefficient reaches 1.211,3.2% lower than the blank sample;when acrylic magnesium combined with 14% fly-ash and 6% mineral slag are added,28d strength reaches to 95.58 Mpa,20.4% higher than the blank sample,corrsion resistant coefficient reaches 1.410,13.4% higher than the blank sample.
