硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导功能的影响。方法将2010-01—2012-12于本院治疗的78例糖尿病周围神经病变患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(甲钴胺组)39例和观察组(甲钴胺联合硫酸锌组)39例,然后将2组总有效率及治疗前后的正中神经、胫后神经传导速度进行比较。结果观察组治疗后的神经传导功能治疗总有效率高于对照组,正中神经、胫后神经传导速度均显著优于治疗前及对照组相同时间段,P均<0.05。结论硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导功能产生积极的影响,更助于改善患者的神经功能状态。Objective To observe and investigate the influence of lipoic acid on the nerve conduction function of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Seventy-eight patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were divided into control group（mecobalamine group）39 cases and observation group（mecobal-amine combined with lipoic acid group）39 cases according to the method of random digits table ,then the total effective rate of nerve conduction function treatment and nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and posterior tibial nerve before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nerve conduction function treatment of observation group after the treatment were higher than those of control group ,the nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and posterior tibial nerve were all significantly better than those before the treatment and control group at the same time ,all P 〈0.05.Conclusion The influence of lipoic acid for the nerve conduction function of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy is active ,and it is more helpful on the improvement of nerve function state.
