摘 要:采用微波常压法,以4-溴-1,8-萘酐为原料,经胺化、酰胺化和侧链季铵化反应,得两种标题化合物。该方法具有反应速率快、操作简单、产率高等优点。用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)和氢核磁共振波谱(1HNMR)表征了产物结构,并通过紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和分子荧光光谱(MFS)对此类化合物的光谱行为进行了初步探究。该类化合物具有良好的发光性能,可用于定量分析和荧光示踪。The water-soluble naphthalimide quaternary ammo- nium compounds were synthesized by microwave irradiation technique with 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride as a start- ing material via the amination, amidation and quaternary am- monization. The procedure has the advantages of fast re- sponse, simplicity of operation and high yield. The products were confrmed by FT-IR and 1HNMR. And spectral behavior of the final compounds was studied by UV-Vis and MFS. The results show that the final compounds have good fluorescence properties and can be applied in quantitative analysis and tracing application.
